I believe fitness should be personal, considered, and results-driven. Every body is different, and your training should reflect that.
I am a highly experienced Personal Trainer with a strong foundation in body mechanics, conditioning, and strength training. I have spent over 12 years in the fitness industry, including time working within some of London’s leading gyms and private members clubs, such as Third Space and Virgin Active. This experience has shaped my approach to training: structured, intelligent, and focused on long-term results.
After being diagnosed with IBS at a young age, movement became my medicine. What began as routine classes evolved into purposeful strength training, and that shift underpins how I work with clients today.
My sessions are challenging and always centred on quality of movement. I believe exercise supports both physical and mental wellbeing, and that long-term health comes from moving well and moving often.
Alongside my core personal training qualifications, I hold specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal exercise, kettlebells, cycling and power training, anatomy, and advanced nutrition for weight management and physical performance. This allows me to support clients safely and effectively across a wide range of goals.
